Topline made the Grafton Speedsticks too. There are two significant differences:
Topline used a Titanium Bolt to fix the Spider; Grafton’s made of steel
Topline cranks have a flattened rear pedal back; Grafton had ball shaped (which can be problematic, cause touching the chain stay)
