Rossin Record (?) Frame with Fork (Repainted) from late 70’s or Early 80’s
cause of the weight pretty sure made of Columbus SL Tubes.

Fork is made of Columbus Tubes > Old Columbus Dove on the Steerer

It’s a pitty, but Pre-Owner:
1.) made brake cable routing internal, which is not original for sure! Gios Rubber.
2.) they removed shifting cable guides on the Bottom Bracket Shell before repaint…there are no Guides below and the Frame is to old for cable routing below BB-Shell.
